Our Story
An Idea Is Born
Doreen Lettsome Reid, founded Divine Connection Network Association in 2008 when faced with the challenge of locating training, resources, and support to start a business. As a result, Divine Connection Network Association was launched in Cheraw, SC, providing both current and future Kingdompreneurs with Business Coaching, Training Conferences, and Networking opportunities. Divine Connection Network Association experienced success while increasing its network span to reach across SC, NC, and Florida.
In April 2010, the great recession hit the United States and Divine Connection Network Association held its last training conference. However, Doreen utilized this opportunity to return to the public school system and complete a 20 year educational journey. In 2016 Doreen graduated from Charleston Southern University as Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management with a concentration in Human Resources. In 2013 Doreen graduated from Florence Darlington Technical College with an Associate of Arts degree with Phi Theta Kappa honors.
In 2018 Doreen revitalized Divine Connection Network Association to provide Faith-Based Business Coaching, Training, and Networking opportunities. Currently, Divine Connection Network Association has members and participates in Charleston, Missouri; Florida, Columbia, SC; Charlotte, N; Florence, SC, Texas, Arizona, Atlanta, SC, NC, and connections in Las Vegas, Nevada and is continuing to Share. Connect. Grow.
In 2020 Divine Connection Network Association developed a Facebook group and Live Show: The Kingdompreneur Moment Live Show has a platform to divinely connect current/future Kingdompreneurs with Faith Business Coaching, Training, Network opportunities, and promotion opportunities.
Our Association
Mission Statement:
Divine Connection Network Association is to provide encouragement and support to current/future entrepreneurs/Kingdompreneurs. We strive to achieve this by providing faith-based business coaching, networking opportunities, various training conferences, and vital information/resources.
Beliefs and Values Statement:
- Divine Connection Network Association is a faith-based association.
- We believe that we are to pursue our dreams and passions for the glory of God, and His Son Jesus Christ as Kingdompreneurs.
- We believe that as we work with God for God and though obedience to God, He will bless the work of our hand; “that everything our hands set to do shall prosper and give God glory” as Kingdompreneurs.
- We believe we are to allow the Holy Spirit to order our steps so that we can be at the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing, and connecting to the right people, leading us to achieve our dream at the right time.
- We believe we are to complete, not compete: This principle focuses on forming collaboration, iron sharping iron, and building up each business by advertising for each other.
